Jagan Sends a clear Message to the Party Leaders!
By: Tupaki Desk | 3 March 2022 9:36 AM GMTThe Mekapati family scion Gautham Reddy had left a great void in the party and he held some of the crucial portfolios in the state. He had served as the Minister of Industries, Commerce, and Information Technology. The three portfolios are crucial and his sudden demise had started a new discussion on who would take up the portfolios.
Everyone thought that the senior party leaders might be given the portfolios given the importance the portfolios hold. But CM Jagan had surprised everyone by handing over the portfolios to Minister Seediri Appalaraju.
The reason behind CM Jagan opting for Seediri Appalaraju for the big task is the good work done by the Minister reportedly. Having been satisfied with the work of the Minister, Jagan had decided to give the Ministries for Appalaraju.
Political experts also say the same and they opined that Jagan was impressed by the Minister to a level that he did not consider the other seniors in the party. The experts also believe that Jagan wants to send a clear message to one and all that those who work hard for the party will get the due credit.
The Industries and Information Technology portfolios were given to Seediri Appalaraju. He will have to bear a big responsibility as he should focus on meeting the companies and investors to come to Andhra Pradesh like Gautham Reddy did. A few delays before breathing his last, Gautham Reddy participated in the Dubai expo and spoke to the investors.
In simple words, Seediri Appalaraju, the current Minister for Animal Husbandry and Fisheries & Dairy Development of Andhra Pradesh will have to step into the big shoes of Gautham Reddy and walk a few steps to render his services.
Andhra Pradesh Industries and IT Minister Mekapati Gautham Reddy had breathed his last earlier last month due to cardiac arrest. When he complained of chest pain, he was taken to the Apollo hospitals in Jubilee Hills. The team of doctors who examined him had given their best, but they could not save him.
After the news broke out, everyone had condoled the death of Gautham Reddy. Starting with Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and others, everyone mourned his sudden death.
