Telugu Desam Party(TDP) senior leader, former Tadipatri MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy gets relief after the Anantapur District court granted conditional bail to the ex Lawmaker reportedly.
Some media reports claim that Lawyers representing the former MLA told the court that he contacted the respiratory disease and requested the court to grant bail by considering his health condition.
JC Prabhakar Reddy and his son Asmit Reddy who were released on bail in connection with the vehicle registration scam got arrested on the next day as JC reportedly abused CI with his caste name.
JC Prabhakar Reddy was tested positive for the ongoing pandemic after the Kadapa jail authorities tested the inmates and jail staff for the virus. 317 infections including JC were detected as the Kadapa jail.
