Former MP and BRS MLC Kavitha has been in the middle of the news with the Delhi Liquor scam. The ED served notice to the ex-MP asking her to be present at the ED office today. However, she said that she is occupied with other work and cannot face the questions on the matter.

She is in Delhi to hold the Dharna demanding the Women Reservation bill. Amid a lot of concussion on what would happen next in the case, Kavitha called for a sensational press meet in the national capital. She spoke about various things ranging from her notice to the diversion politics of the BJP.

Talking about the ED summons, Kavitha said that the centre is targeting them by unleashing the central agencies. The MLC said she will cooperate with the officers in the case and she will attend the questioning on the 11th. She asked if they will not get at least two days to react to the summons.

Calling out the diversion parties of the BJP, Kalvakuntla Kavitha said that the main issues get sidelined when leaders are invited by the ED. Giving her example, the former MP said the media is only writing about her ED summons and not about the dharna for the women's reservation bill.

Targeting the Prime Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party, Kavitha said that everyone knows Modi is in the forefront and Adani is in the foreground and that Modi is implementing the one nation one friend scheme. No matter how many conspiracies are made by Modi, the truth will win in the end.

Kavitha said that the central agencies are only after the opposition party leaders and no agency is probing the matter related to the BJP leaders. BRS is not a B party to anyone it is an A party and BRS would emerge as the alternative to BJP.

During the press meeting, Kavitha made some interesting comments on the alliance between the parties and how they can defeat the BJP. She also said that if Congress really wants to defeat the BJP, then it should leave its issues and form an alliance with like-minded parties in various states.
