Moinabad case boomerangs on KCR?

The ruling TRS/BRS is in a fix as the much-touted Moinabad farmhouse case is coming unstuck. The whole case was intended to fix the BJP and its top leaders. However, it seems to be boomeranging on TRS/BRS. With the courts rejecting the T Government's claims in the case, the TRS/ BRS is now finding that the CBI inquiry could actually embarrass the state government.
KCR and his team of advisors felt that they could create nation-wide tremors by fixing the BJP top leaders in the case. They tried to implicate four more persons, in addition to the BJP national organizing secretary BL Santosh. The ACB court has struck down the state government's pettions. Later the state government approached the High Court. But, even the HC rejected their plea.
BJP's national organizing secretary BL Santosh meanwhile got a relief till January 23. Meanwhile, he visited Hyderabad, addressed party workers meet and even dared the TRS/BRS to arrest him if they can. This direct challenge has helped the BJP win the perception battle and showed the BRS strategists in poor light.
The case has now passed into the hands of the CBI, which is controlled by the Centre. Already those arrested have been questioned by central authorities. Similarly, MLA Rohit Reddy too is being questioned. All these have put the TRS/BRS in a spot. The party is finding that the things have simply boomeranged on them.
