North Andhra To Witness A Tough Fight?

The North Andhra Graduates MLC elections which are slated for commencement on the 13th of this month had turned prestigious for the parties. Sithamraju Sudhakar(YSRCP), Chiranjeevi Rao(TDP), Sitting MLC PVS Madhav(BJP), and Koredla Rama Prabha(PDF) are running in the elections. There is no doubt that the four candidates are strong. But there are a few doubts about the parties.

Looking at the polls from the parties' point of view, the ruling YCP has plus and minus. Being in power and Sithamraju Sudhakar hailing from the Brahmin community are the plus points. Everyone knows that YCP would get more advantage, the more the votes are divided. YCP is feeling that it would win the elections as the global investors' summit became a hit and Vizag was announced as the capital by CM Jagan.

TDP's Chiranjeevi Rao has a good image as an educationist. On top of this, the Turpu Kapu community is very strong in the region and they might vote for him as per Chiranjeevi.

Talking about Madhav who is from the Velama caste, the good image his family has in the region might work for him. Madhav's father PV Chalapathi Rao has a good image among people and this is a good factor.

There is no doubt in saying that PDF is the strength of Rama Prabha. PDF is very strong in North Andhra. While Rama Prabha hails from the Velama community, her husband Gangarao Yadav is from the Yadava community.

Earlier a few PDF candidates contested the elections from here and Rama Prabha is hoping that the traditional vote bank would benefit her. No matter what, the graduates' elections are going on interestingly. There is suspense in the final result.
