Petition moved against Balayya in High Court

High-Tension in Nandyal Assembly Constituency has ended after the declaration of by-poll results. Somehow, TDP managed to cross the victory line using every opportunity it can in the past few months. But, The trouble for TDP Star Campaigner has just begun.
Nandamuri Balakrishna was caught red handed distributing money to the voters during his single day campaign in Nandyal. YSR Congress lodged a complaint with Election Commission about the bribing. Upon receiving notices from EC, Balayya explained he just distributed pamphlets but not currency notes. No further action is being taken by the Election Commission till date.
As a result, YSR Congress moved Hyderabad High Court seeking justice in this matter. Siva Kumar who is the Chief Secretary of YCP filed a petition in High Court on Tuesday seeking stringent action against the Hindupur MLA. As High Court accepted the petition, People are curious to know what kind of outcome will be arriving.
