Political Heat Increases In AP One And a Half Before Polls?

The general elections in Andhra Pradesh are one and a half years away from now. However, the political heat gripped had already gripped the state. The main opposition Telugu Desam Party is aggressively targeting the YCP while Janasena is also doing the same. This had set the political heat soaring up. On the flip side, the media is also targeting the YCP. It is known that a section of the media is against YCP and even CM Jagan spoke about this.

It is common for the media to send that narrative. But this happens before the elections as the media either supports or targets any party. We have seen this on many occasions. One year before the 2014 general elections media played a big role in establishing Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as a big leader. The media showed its impact by sending its narrative months before the 2019 polls.

Surprisingly, a section of the media started targeting the YCP government and breathing fire on the party. A section of the media is also carrying out news against the party and the news came into the headlines. The developments even became a topic of discussion among the ruling YCP too.

Now the leaders are said to be discussing the matter in two ways. They are reportedly seeing this as an example of support they enjoy in public as the media is targeting them even though the general elections are one and a half years away from now.

The leaders are reportedly seeing the target as the parameter of their positive image among the people. They are also saying that no one can stop them in the polls and the media target is proof of that. However, the second thought is that the leaders are seeing this as a dangerous signal.

They say that the issue can be taken for granted. It is also said that the YCP leadership also took note of it and it might plan a counterattack to hit back at the narrative so that the ongoing track would impact them like how it worked negatively for the Telugu Desam Party before the 2019 polls.
