Ex MP Asked To Suspend Balayya

Actor turned Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna has landed in an unexpected trouble. It's known that the actor was in Hyderabad on Greater elections day. Balayya along with his family to casted his vote.
Congress Former MP Ponnam Prabhakar filed complaint on Balayya with election commission for casting vote on GHMC elections. He asks how could Balayya who representing a constituency in other state will vote in Telanagana.
In his complaint the EX MP asked EC to suspend Balakrishna as MLA violating election commission rules."Balakrishna is a MLA from AP. As per rule of 'the representation of the public act', He was not supposed to vote in GHMC which was part of other state. So he was unfit as MLA and EC should suspend him. A person should have voting right in same state to contest as MLA. " asserted Ponnam.
