Warangal medico student making a suicide attempt unable to bear the harrasment from her senior created a sensation across the state. Preeti is being treated at the NIMS hospital. A video went viral on media which shows Preeti's sister expressing anger at Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan visiting the hospital with a garland. She alleged that the government is delaying without taking strict action against the culprits. She also said that Government is behaving irresponsibly.

Speaking to the media, Preeti's sister said garland is brought when someone dies and asked why the garland was brought. Having said that, she warned they will not sit silent if injustice is served at the victim.

She also said that proper treatment is not given to Preeti at the treatment. Preeti's sister demanded that the accused Saif should be punished and that the Ministers and MLAs should not come to visit Preeti.

Raj Bhavan Gives Clarity of Garland

Governor Raja Bhavan condemned the allegations that Governor visited the NIMS hospital along with a garland. The office said that garland was kept in the car to offer it at the Hanuman mandir at Khairatabad. The Raj Bhavan also said that Governor has been visiting Hanuman mandir at Khairtabad whenever she returns to Raj Bhavan from other places and this has been followed for a long time.

Having said that, the Raj Bhavan urged everyone to not spread fake news, and taking out things from everything is not good. On the same occasion, the Raj Bhavan also said that Governor offered special prayers at the Hanuman temple for the victim to recover soon.

The Raj Bhavan also said that the state Governor had written to the principal secretary of government and DGP to conduct a comprehensive probe into the matter and take the required actions against the culprits.

Preeti, who is pursuing her first yeast PG at the Kakatiya Medical College (KMC) tried to take the extreme step and was found unconscious. She was first taken to the emergency ward and then admitted to Hyderabad NIMS. The investigating officers recently said that harassment from senior Dr. Mohammed Saif forced her to go to that extent.
