Rajdeep's comments worry BRS

Senior journalist Rajdeep Sardesai has set of the cat among the BRS pigeons and left the party running for cover. His statement that KCR was ready to bear the expenses of the Lok Sabha elections for the opposition provided they make him the Prime Minister candidate. He made this comment in a talk in his own YouTube channel.
The ever- ready Opposition in Telangana immediately picked up the thread and began questioning the source of funds. They alleged that the wealth that KCR was promising to use was an ill-gotten one. They demanded that KCR declare the source of his riches. The Congress and the BJP have said that their allegations of KCR amassing huge wealth were vindicated by Rajdeep Sardesai's comments.
Meanwhile, the BRS is clearly on the defensive. KTR said that though he respected Rajdeep as a politician, these comments were uncalled for. They have no substance. He refuted the claim that KCR wanted himself to be declared the prime ministerial candidate to take on the might of Narendra Modi.
BRS leaders like Danam Nagender and Gyadari Kishore went ballistic and questioned Rajdeep's credentials. They said that Rajdeep was a constitution unto himself. He has not credence and credibility, they argued. But the BRS is now on the defensive with Rajdeep sardesai's statements.
