Rajgopal Reddy Becomes Target Of Severe Criticism!

Having control over the tongue while making statements is the main characteristic of politicians. One wrong statement or a slip of the tongue might become a nightmare for politicians. Earlier we have seen how moral policing statements made by men on women backfired and they had to issue an apology.

Now it's the turn of former MLA from Telangana's Munugode to learn this the hard way. The much-awaited by-poll result was out the other day and TRS candidate Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy won the election with a big margin crushing Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy.

Before the elections, Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy and the Telangana wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party were confident of winning the poll and said they would win it. But Raj Gopal Reddy took a step ahead and said he would take Sanyas if TRS wins the polls.

When he was speaking to a media channel, the anchor asked him who would win. Responding to this, Rajgopal Reddy said he would win the election and even said he would take Sanyas if TRS wins the poll. Now his comments are trending on social media after the election verdict.

The ruling TRS which is enjoying the by-election verdict is trolling the BJP leader on this and asking when he will take Sanyas. Not just the party workers or supporters, but even the MLAs are also trolling him. Chennur MLA Balka Suman also shared the video on his Twitter account.

The Munugode bypoll is one of the high voltage matches in the country in recent times as the ruling party in the state TRS and national party Bharatiya Janata Party directly knocked horns. TRS wanted to show its potential before entering national politics while BJP wanted to expand its wings in the state.

Munugode by-election is also the costliest election in the country as of now as per the reports. Earlier Huzurabad was called the costliest poll. Political experts say that parties even gave gold to the voters and as many as Rs 300 crores were spent on liquor alone. Munugode recorded the highest polling percentage in the state with over 93 percent of voters using their right to vote.
