Recent Survey Puts Break To KCRs National Politics Ambition!

TRS founder chief Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao has a rare record of taking an active part in the statehood protest and becoming the Chief Minister of the bifurcated state not once but twice that too in consecutive terms. Now the party is aiming at scoring a hat-trick win in the upcoming polls in the state.

Not just that, KCR is also aiming at entering the bigger arena, national politics. After openly announcing his bigger dream, KCR made it a habit of attacking the Bharatiya Janata Party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The fight between TRS and BJP turned intense after the BJP said it cannot procure the paddy from the farmers in the state.

KCR is also using the upcoming Presidential polls to show what he can do. Recently, he hosted a big event to show his support for Yashwant Sinha. Hyderabad was decked up for the event. Showering praises on Mr. Sinha, KCR urged the parties to go with their heart and vote for Sinha so that a good person will become the President.

When KCR is pinning high hopes on national politics, a recent survey has put brakes to his ambition. India's largest opinion survey institution Centre for National Opinion( CNO) carried out a survey on the popularity of the Chief Ministers in the nation and the survey result will not impress KCR in any way.

KCR was ranked 11th on the list of popular Chief Ministers in the country. As much as 49 percent of the respondents said that they are satisfied with KCR, while 19 percent of them said they are not happy. On the other hand, 24 percent of respondents are neutral.

Though the survey report cannot determine the credibility of the leaders, someone like KCR, who wanted to enter the national politics, not getting placed in the top five Chief Ministers in the country is a big concern.

The survey result will surely worry KCR who wants to become 'Desh ka neta' and bring an alternative force to Bharatiya Janata Party and grand old Congress at the national level. The respondents giving less percentage of votes is also a big question.
