Ruling Party MLA Alleges HoneyTrapping,Moves Cyber Police!

The Honey Trap practice which is used to trap big personalities is ringing danger bells in the southern state Karnataka. Recently a seer took the extreme step and died by suicide. It is said that a honey trap angle is there in the sensational case. Now another issue came from the same state.
An MLA from the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in Karnataka alleged that an attempt to honeytrap him was made. Having made the allegations, the legislator moved the cyber police with a complaint. In his complaint, the MLA alleged that he received a video call from a woman.
Going into detail, BJP MLA Tippa Reddy who represents the Chitradurga Assembly Constituency received a video call from a woman and the woman was reportedly nude when she called the MLA, media reports said. The woman spoke to the legislator in Hindi. Sensing something dangerous, the MLA disconnected the call.
The MLA thought that he would be safe by disconnecting the call. As a shock to him, he received a few porn videos from the same number. He blocked the number stopping the woman from sending videos further and immediately moved the Cyber Police.
The Cyber Police department in the Assembly constituency was moved by the MLA and the department is busy probing the matter to know who might be behind the sensational incident. There are a few doubts that a gang might have targeted the MLA for money and could not succeed as he moved the Cyber Cops.
However, a possible political angle might not be ruled out here as a few politicians in the state became the target of such objectionable videos earlier. As the Assembly elections are fast approaching his opponents might have planned this. However, there is no official confirmation of this.
The issue has caught everyone's attention as the issue involves a senior politician who is currently serving as the MLA. On top of this, he is with the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. The Cyber Police Department is probing the matter to get further details. However, the authorities did not reveal any details yet on the issue.
