SC To Hear Uddhav's and Eknath Shinde's Petitions At Once?

Politics is like a snake and ladder game. If one fails to get the moves right, then he/she has to face the snake bite. The recent example of mighty Shiv Sena proves that. Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray failed to estimate the rebellion in the party and take the required steps.
Strong Shiv Sena man Eknath Shinde turned rebel and also persuaded others to join his camp. As a result, the government was changed in the state, and Eknath Shinde was sown in as the Chief Minister. The political crisis of Shiv Sena did not end there sadly.
As the worst, that could happen, the Thackerays, who once dictated terms for the political landscape in Maharashtra is on the verge of losing control of the Hindutva party, Shiv Sena.
The rebel Shiv Sena leaders elected Rahul Shewale as their leader in Lok Sabha and the speaker addressed the Shiv Sena netha as the leader of the party.
Now both the camps of Eknath Shinde Uddhav Thackeray have filed the petitions and the Supreme Court said that it will hear the petitions on the 1st of August and asked both parties to file all the issues they have so that they can be heard at once.
While the Eknath Shinde camp is aggressively trying to take hold of the Shiv Sena party, Uddhav Thackeray wants to get back the party founded by his late father. All eyes are on the Supreme Court now. Usually, the leader who is supported by the majority of the legislators becomes their head.
