BJP MLC fires on Balakrishna

Nandamuri Balakrishna's recent statement warning Centre over Special Category Status for Andhra Pradesh didn't go down well with the BJP Leaders.
Reacting on the issue, The Hindupur Legislator made it clear NDA Government has no other option but to accord Special Status. He added, Centre has to take the responsibility for the consequences if it doesn't fulfill the promise given to Andhra people.
BJP MLC Somu Veerraju questioned, 'Is Balayya unaware of the present situation of states which were accorded Special Category Status. Does he don't knew about PM Narendra Modi directing Niti Ayog to look into AP's Special Status issue. AP is attracting Investors just because Centre promised 24*7 power supply to the state'.
The BJP Leader also dared to ask - 'Why AP Government which has been filing cases against those who burnt Chandrababu Naidu's effigies remain silent when PM Narendra Modi's effigies were set on fire'.
