Spoiling his protest attempt, Cops arrest Revanth Reddy

Leader and founder of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, Chief Minister of Telangana Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao is celebrating his birthday today. He turned a year older and is celebrating his 68th birthday on Thursday. On the occasion, the party leaders made elaborate arrangements to hold various programs.
As the ruling party leaders are busy with the arrangements, the firebrand leader and Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC) chief Revanth Reddy had called the party cadre for a protest. The protest was called to target the Chief Minister on his alleged failure to provide jobs for the unemployed.
To highlight how the rising unemployment is claiming the lives of young minds, Revanth Reddy had planned a massive protest at Gandhi Bhavan, the headquarters of the Congress party in Telangana capital city Hyderabad.
Knowing that Revanth Reddy was heading towards the Gandhi Bhavan to hold the protest, the cops showed up and took him into custody, and shifted to the nearby police station. The Congress cadre and party workers present there have had an argument with the cops.
However, the cops went ahead with the arrest and took the head of the Telangana wing of the party, Revanth Reddy, into custody. Tension gripped the Jubilee Hills region with the arrest of Revanth Reddy.
After the arrest, Revanth Reddy took to social media to raise his voice against his arrest and KCR. Finding fault with the time the Telangana Chief Minister is celebrating his birthday when the unemployed are taking their lives unable to find jobs, Revnath Reddy said that KCR is afraid of his shadow too.
"KCR is afraid of even his own shadow…Second day in the row Police arrested so that CM can celebrate his birthday. Unemployed youth are giving up lives Is this time to celebrate ?! #TelanganaUnemployementDay #ByeByeKCR," Revanth Reddy's tweet reads.
In the video, the Congress workers can be seen raising slogans against the cops when they were taking Revanth Reddy into their custody.
Revanth Reddy was also arrested the other day when he tried to lodge a police complaint against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma over his objectionable comments against former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi.
