Sudden Cardiac Arrests Among Youth Becomes Debatable Again!

In a shocking incident, a young Policeman breathed his last while doing workouts in the gym. In the middle of the gym, the victim developed a serious cough and collapsed. People in the gym took him to the nearby hospital and it was late. It is said that he was declared dead by the doctors.
Going into details, a Police Constable identified as Vishal who is just 24 years is working in Hyderabad. Following his routine, he went to the gym and did a few workouts. All of a sudden, he started coughing and collapsed suddenly. Unfortunately, a young person passed away.
His family is unable to digest the sad news that a young soul passed away who has a bright future ahead. They are yet to accept the harsh truth that Vishal, who is just 24 is no more.
Though the issue is a concern, the demise started the debate on young people passing away regularly. Of late we are hearing incidents of young people passing away from heart attacks or cardiac arrest. Be it celebrities or common people, young people are passing away from sudden cardiac arrest.
Kannada Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar, Former Andhra Pradesh Cabinet Minister Mekapati Goutham Reddy, Hindi Bigg Boss fame Sidharth Shukla and Krishnakumar Kunnath aka KK passed away due to sudden cardiac arrest. Now young police constable also passed away.
There is a similarity between Puneeth Rajkumar, Mekapati Goutham Reddy, and constable Vishal is that they felt uneasiness while doing workouts and passed away from sudden cardiac arrest.
