The general elections in Andhra Pradesh are one year away from now. But the political temperature increased in the state already with unexpected developments. The ruling YSRCP faced a big blow in the hot spot of Nellore district with the suspended leaders showing interest in joining the opposition Telugu Desam Party.
Recently, MLA Mekapati Chandra Sekhar Reddy surprised everyone by meeting Nara Lokesh. After the meeting, he said that he would join the opposition party and run the elections. The MLA also said that he will show what he can in the next general elections.
Now another suspended MLA took a few steps and gave a full-page ad for Nara Lokesh's ongoing padayatra Yuvagalam. The ad that was given for the Eenadu newspaper gave a big welcome to Nara Lokesh. The ad also welcomed Nara Lokesh who is working round the clock for the people as he is entering the Atmakur constituency in the Nellore district.
YSRCP MLA Anam Ramanayarayan Reddy, who comes from an influential family that enjoys a good grip on the Nellore district gave the ad and increased the political heat. His ads became the talk of the town now. It had pictures of Anam, Lokesh, Chandrababu, and other key leaders like Kinjarapu Atchannaidu.
It has to be mentioned here that Anam Ramanayarayan Reddy met Chandrababu Naidu and other key leaders and everything is almost sorted out. Media reports say that Anam is determined to make the Yuvagalkam yatra a super success in the Nellore region.
Amid this, he gave a big ad welcoming Nara Lokesh to the district. Anam's followers and supporters are also expected to be a part of the padayatra to make it a huge success.
Anam Ramanarayana Reddy is one of the senior politicians in the state and has a rich legacy. His brother is also a politician. The brothers saw a big rise and the two are called the Anam brothers. His brother is no more now. Though Anam Ramanarayana Reddy worked under a few Chief Ministers including the late NTR, he is dubbed as an aide of YSR. Despite this, he was suspended from the party. Since then he has been raising his voice against the YSRCP.
