TRS Announces Munugode Candidate, EX MLA Picked!

The elections are going to be a tough fight between the three parties-TRS, Congress, and Bharatiya Janata Party. The forthcoming polls is dubbed as a three-face fight. The Election Commission of India recently released the notification for the polls.
The Election nomination process starts today and till the 14th, the candidates can file their nominations. The opposition parties Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party already announced their candidates. On the nominations day, the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi, now BRS, announced the candidate.
As per the media reports, TRS reportedly picked former MLA Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy for the by-polls. Though a few leaders are the aspirants of the party ticket. The party reportedly opted for the senior member of the party who earlier served as the MLA.
For the past few days, we have been hearing that Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy is the hot pick for the polls and he might be announced as the candidate soon. Now he was reportedly picked as the candidate to run the polls. He is reportedly campaigning for the by-polls in the constituency aggressively for the past few days.
Munugode has over two lakh voters and the leaders from the Reddy community have been winning the elections for the past few terms. Previous MLA who paved way for the by-election Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy also hails from the same community.
The Munugode by-election is going to be interesting as the three parties fielded Reddy candidates. Among the three candidates, one will win and the polls will also make Reddy candidates the hot favorites in the Assembly constituency.
Talking about the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party, sitting MLA candidate Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy was announced as the candidate as he joined the party after leaving the Congress. He not only stopped down as the MLA, but he also resigned as a Congress leader. The grand old party Congress announced Palvai Sravanthi Reddy as the candidate.
To show how prestigious, the political parties in the state took the by-poll, recently it was reported that the EC officials found a few bundles of cash and seized them after spotting them.
