Kohli Not On Par With Dhoni & Rohit: Gambhir

Gautam Gambhir doesn't minces his words be it any topic. He made sensational comments over the failure of Royal Challengers Bangalore in bagging the IPL Title so far.
Virat Kohli was the skipper of RCB for 9 out of 11 Seasons happened so far. The Bengaluru Franchise managed to reach final thrice but failed to emerge champions. RCB made it a habit to do well in the beginning of the season and taste successive defeats towards the end. Only 44 out of 96 matches were won under Kohli’s captaincy.
Gambhir: 'I don't think Kohli is an intelligent Captain. He needs to do a lot as a Captain. Not even once did he fetched IPL Trophy. He can be a successful cricketer only by making RCB champion. Both Dhoni and Rohit Sharma bagged 3 trophies each already. Don't compare Kohli with them. Continuing him as a captain itself is a big thing...he should be grateful to the franchise for it. Other captains hadn't received so many opportunities'.
On the other hand, Sachin Tendulkar agreed with Virat Kohli on workload management of Indian Cricketers ahead of the World Cup. He told Cricketers need to be smart enough when it comes to deciding how many games should they play in IPL and when they need a break.
