What is KTR?: state working president or national working president of the BRS?

What is Minister KTR's status in the BRS? Is he the all-India general secretary of the BRS? Or is he the working president of the BRS? Or is he the working president for the Telangana unit of the BRS? There is total confusion about the official designation of KTR in the party. On his part, KTR is still issuing statements as the working president of the party. But, one is not sure which party?
BRS boss KCR has announced the name of one Tiwary as the all India general secretary. But, KTR has not yet been announced as the all India working president. More importantly, KCR has not even bothered to constitute either the all India team or the Telangana state team. As a result, it is not clear as to whether KTR is the working president of the state or the national team.
While KCR has constituted a team for neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, no such thing was done for Telangana. As a result, the party does not officially have both national or state committee. Neither a statement nor a clarification has been issued by KCR himself. Sources say that KCR has decided not to constitute any committee as this would lead to dissension within the party.
He is said to be worried about several leaders who are waiting for the committees or party candidates to be announced. If the announcement is made and their names are not in the list, then they are planning to leave the party. To prevent this, KCR has been sitting on the proposals to appoint committees. As a result, these is total confusion within the TRS.
