WHO Chief says, Pandemic Cases Doubled In The past Weeks

He said that in the last six weeks, the infections of the contagious disease doubled raising many fears and concerns about the spread of the respiratory disease.
He made these statements at the headquarters of the WHO located at Geneva and said the pandemic has changed the world and every person can make a difference.
The month-end of this month marks six months time period ever since the ongoing respiratory disease was declared as the pandemic by the World Health Organisation(WHO).
Globally, the total infections of the ongoing pandemic surpassed the mammoth 16.4 million-mark, while so far 6,53,353 people succumbed to the contagious disease. United States, Brazil, and India are the worst-affected nations in the world with the virus outbreak.
