Why did Kavitha Kalwakuntla keep low profile in KCR's Nizamabad meet?

TRS MLC and Chief Minister KCR's daughter Kalwakuntla Kavitha's unusually low profile demeanor is now the hot topic of discussion. These days, she appears to be deliberately low key in her public appearances. Those in the know say that this could be because of the unsavoury revelations about her in the Delhi liquor scam. Kavitha's and her close relatives' names cropped up in connection with this scam.
Even during the recent inauguration of the integrated collectorate complex in Nizamabad, Kavitha remained quite low profile. She came a tad too early and sat through the programme among the audience. She did not make any speech or went over to the dais even once. This is interesting because Kavitha was the former Nizamabad MP and is currently an MLC from the Nizamabad local bodies MLC constituency.
Sources say that she was severely reprimanded by KCR over her alleged role in the Delhi liquor scam. Though Kavitha hotly denies this, it appears to have a salutary effect on her. Even during a recent interview to a popular Telugu media house, she was evasive over questions relating to Delhi liquor scam. She even tried to change the topic when the interviewer told her he has proof of her father chiding her.
Sources say that Kavitha has managed to get a stay over further comments by the BJP leaders on her alleged role in the liquor scam. Yet, the issue has seriously dented the credibility of the Kalwakuntla family. Sources say that her low profile is mainly to tide over the issue and let it pass.
