Why did KCR not meet Naveen Patnaik?

A few months ago, KCR made a song and dance about his visit to Bhubaneshwar and his meeting with Biju Janata Dal chief and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. He even talked about forming a Federal Front to take on the might of both the BJP and the Congress. But when Naveen Patnaik came calling to Hyderabad, the TRS patriarch was nowhere to be seen. There is a complete cold shoulder to Naveen Patnaik in Hyderabad.
Usually, when a CM from another state comes to Hyderabad, the convention is to make a courtesy visit and invite him for dinner. But when Naveen is in town, KCR has gone and sat firmly in Delhi. He has been in Delhi for the past five days. There are no official meetings scheduled and he has not met anyone. What he is doing in Delhi is a secret for everyone.
Naveen Patnaik is here to woo the investors and attract investments in Odisha. He has been meeting and addressing several entrepreneurs to invest in Odisha. He met Bharat Biotech's Dr Krishna Ella, Oracle India MD Shailendra Kumar, Microsoft India's MD Rajvi Kumar, Deloitte India MD N Venkat Ram and Ctrls CMD PS Reddy.
Why KCR has ignored Naveen Patnaik's visit to Hyderabad is inexplicable. He went all the way to Bhubaneshwar in 2019 to meet the Odisha CM. But, this time around, KCR did not even take into consideration Patnaik's visit. Patnaik after all is an undefeated leader and has been the chief minister of his state for nearly 20 years.
