Why Make Painful comments and issue Clarification Mr. KTR?

Telangana IT Minister KTR's comparison between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in terms of facilities like water supply power supply and road conditions gave birth to intense political controversy. Following this, the Andhra Pradesh Ministers started hitting back at the TRS Working President ovre his objectionable comments on Andhra Pradesh.
Finding fault with the comments made by KTR, the Andhra Pradesh Minister said that, KTR is making unwanted comments out of nowhere and advised him to keep his focus only on his state, Telangana. A few Ministers invited KTR to Andhra Pradesh to see how the state is doing well in various areas.
As the war of words between the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Ministers is going on raising the political heat, the Telangana Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao aka KTR issued a clarification on his comments.
In his Tweet, KTR said that the unharmful comments that came from him at an event might have not sat well with his friends from Andhra Pradesh and said that he has no wrong intentions while making such comments.
Rubbishing the political agenda behind his comments, KTR said that he enjoys a good equation with Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and maintained that he is like a brother to him. He added that he wishes AP will prosper under Jagan's leadership.
"It appears that an innocuous comment that I had made at a meeting earlier today may have caused some unintentional pain to my friends in AP," KTR said in his tweet.
"I enjoy a great brotherly equation with AP CM Jagan Garu & wish that the state prospers under his leadership," the IT Minister added.
It was indeed an interesting tweet from KTR on Andhra Pradesh and the growth in the state. But his tweet made many think that he tried his best in pacifying the leaders and his friends in the neighboring state. Instead of taking back his comments or issuing an apology for making comments on the facilities in Andhra Pradesh, KTR just said that the comments might have caused pain. Political experts feel that KTR just added ointment to the wounds.
