Will KCR welcome Draupadi Murmu on her Hyderabad visit?

Will he or won't he- that's the big question. Will Telagnana chief minister KCR follow protocol and accord a welcome to President Draupadi Murmu, when she visits Hyderabad during her annual southern sojourn? Also, the big question is whether he will attend the dinner to be hosted by Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan in honour of President Murmu on December 26?
It may be recalled that KCR has not so far congratulated Draupadi Murmu on her election as the president of the country. Only KTR has tweeted his congratulations. In fact, KCR has supported opposition candidate Yashwant Sinha and has even organised a massive procession in support of him in Hyderabad.
K Chandrasekhar Rao has for the last several times ignored Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the latter's official visits to Hyderabad. KCR had sent Talasani Srinivas Yadav as the minister in waiting for Modi. Similarly, he has been skipping the official programmes of Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan.
President Murmu will be visiting Hyderabad on December 26 as part of her annual visit to South India. She will participate in a host of programmes during her Hyderabad stay. This is Murmu's first ever visit to South India after being elected president of the country by an impressive margin defeating Yashwant Sinha.
