Will Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy End Up As Another Etela?

The saffron party BJP is very strong in Northern states and that is not the same case with the southern states except for Karnataka. BJP just has representation in Tamil Nadu and the Bharatiya Janata Party has lost the single seat it had won in God’s own country Kerala.
To increase its footprints, the BJP is focusing on the state in which it is strong. Somehow it has representation and good strength in Telangana and the party wants to spread its wings. Instead of encouraging new leaders and nurturing them, the party is inviting leaders from other parties. Huzurabad MLA Etela Rajender is an example of this.
Seeing that Etela Rajender is not happy with the TRS and the ruling party is after him, the T-BJP went in touch with him and invited him into the party. However, he started facing issues as T-BJP chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar made some objectionable remarks.
Now Congress leader Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, who represents the Munugode MLA constituency is all set to join the T-BJP. Though he did not make any comments on which party he would join, the MLA praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to the sky.
His comments and statements made everyone believe that he would join the Bharatiya Janata Party and contest the by-elections in Munugode and emerge victorious just like what happened with Etela Rajender. As the MLA has a good name and strength at the ground level, he might win the elections keeping the discussion of the majority aide.
But many have a doubt that Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy might end up as another Etela Rajender. Despite Etela having good support and he is working for the party by attacking Telangana Chief Minister KCR on every possible occasion, he is not getting the required support.
When Etela Rajender dared CM KCR that he would win against him in the Gajwel Assembly elections, Bandi Sanjay indirectly countered the remarks and said that the party leadership will decide who will contest the polls from where. Since then, the discussion of alleged issues between the duo had popped up.
With Munugode MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy resigning from the Congress party and the MLA post it is almost confirmed that he would join the party. This made the political analysts doubt that he might end up as another Etela Rajender.
