Former Telugu Desam Party MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar is not just a senior leader, but also a troublemaker in the party. His actions brought problems to the party many times. However, he did not change his style and it has almost become a norm that whatever he does becomes controversial.
Going by this, he made some critical comments on Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan. The ex-MLA said that he is ready to sacrifice his Denduluru seat for Pawan and he is also ready to work for Pawan's win in the seat. He spoke to the media from the TDP office in Mangalagiri and made crucial comments.
Prabhakar went on to say that if Pawan Kalyan wants to contest from the Denduluru constituency then he is ready to sacrifice it. Having said that, Chintamaneni Prabhakar maintained party chief Chandrababu Naidu will take the final call on the alliance and as a loyal activist, he will work for the decision Babu takes.
His comments came at a time when a lot is being talked about a possible alliance between TDP and Janasena. Many say that the two parties might join hands for the next elections as both want to defeat the mighty YCP. Chief Minister Jagan also dares the parties to come alone in elections as he is coming alone without any alliance.
But Telugu Desam Party and Janasena are making strategic moves and not making any big comments on the alliance for the next elections. Amid this, Chintamaneni said that he is ready to sacrifice his seat for Pawan Kalyan. On the same occasion, he also showered praises on Pawan Kalyan who is fighting against atrocities in the state as part of his ongoing Varahi yatra.
His sudden sacrifice not only raised many eyeballs in the state, but also kept the political observers busy thinking about what made him make such comments. While a few raise a doubt about whether he will really sacrifice his seat if needed, some others ask will Pawan Kalyan contest from Dendaluru as we are hearing that he might again contest from Bhimavaram in the upcoming elections in Andhra Pradesh.
