The alleged video and audio clips show Hunter Biden with a woman, who is believed to be a sex worker and it is also said that Hunter Biden held a banned drug in the short video. In the 18-second long video, Hunter Biden and the woman can be seen having a discussion about drugs.
The United States has strict laws that oppose drugs. Possessing or buying illicit drugs is a big crime and the accused gets a jail term if the charges are proved by the investigation officers. Federal law says that possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs is prohibited and the offense would bring jail terms.
