YS Viveka Case Turns Interesting: Sunitha Moves Court!
By: Tupaki Desk | 10 March 2023 6:39 PM ISTThe YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case is being probed for a very long time. The Andhra Pradesh CID probed the matter initially. Later the case was given to the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) for the probe. The Central agency is probing the matter for some time, thanks to the fight of his daughter YS Sunitha Reddy.
When everyone is eagerly waiting to know who are the key conspirators in the case and who planned the attack, Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy who is one of the accused in the case filed a sensational writ petition in the court seeking directives to assure four things and stopping the CBI from arresting is one of them.
His petition created a sensation among the political circles and the supporters of the opposition parties started targeting the MP on why he wanted the directives from the court when he had done nothing wrong.
Amid this, the case took an unexpected turn with YS Sunitha, the daughter of victim Vivekananda Reddy, knocking on the doors of the High Court. In her petition, Sunitha requested the court to hear her version too as Avinash Reddy mentioned her name in the writ petition.
Now it has turned interesting to see what the court would decide. As Sunitha Rreddy has been fighting for justice in the case, there are high chances of the court considering her version. What happens if the Court says yes to her petition and listens to her version in the case is the question now.
The case turned interesting with the fight between brother and sister. While brother YS Avinash wants the court to stop the CBI from arresting him, YS Sunitha Reddy wants the court to listen to her in the case.
