Z-Plus Category For Pawan, But How?

Former Minister Adinarayana Reddy placed a demand before the Union government that Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan should be provided with a Z-plus category. Surprisingly, Bharatiya Janata Party is an ally of Janasena. Who made the demand for the Z-plus category is also a BJP leader. BJP is in power at the Centre. But no one knows why there is confusion over the security of Pawan, chief of the Ally party.
Usually, leaders from the opposition parties place such demands before the governments, but not the ruling party leaders. Ruling party leaders just take the measures. But we are seeing a reverse scene here and the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders are demanding the Z-plus category cover for Pawan Kalyan. However, Pawan Kalyan never demanded security for his safety. Pawan's comments on scrapping his Y category in the previous TDP regime became viral. The TDP government might have scrapped the security based on the then situation.
But the government took strong measures for Pawan's safety in the current situation. Besides security from the government, Pawan Kalyan appointed bouncers for his end. As if all these will not be enough, there are new demands on Pawan Kalyan's safety, and new security should be provided for him. Guidelines won't permit providing Z-plus security for Pawan Kalyan as he is not in any position. Pawan Kalyan is just a film celebrity and chief of a political party.
Pawan Kalyan was granted security cover in his position as the chief of the political party. But it's the call of the Union Home Ministry to grant the security of Z and Z-plus for people. But Pawan Kalyan cannot be granted such security as per the rules and guidelines.
There is no threat to Pawan Kalyan and his life. The Intelligence Reports also did not warn about this. So, providing Z and Z-plus security cover for Pawan Kalyan is not possible looking at this from a guidelines point of view. However, anything is possible for the government and we have to wait and see if the security will be provided if the demands from the BJP leaders see momentum.
