Telangana has been witnessing heavy downpours for the last few days. The situation is very alarming in the capital city Hyderabad. Continuous rains are washing away the city and resulting in massive traffic jams. Commuters are seeing stars travelling long hours in the traffic. The leading junctions are seeing hundreds of vehicles stuck in the traffic.

Well, the Hyderabadis have to brace for the heavy rains for a few more days. Orange alert was given for a few areas in the wake of heavy rains. The fear of rain is expected to last for a couple of days more.

Given the tense situation, the Madhapur Zone DCP has some advisories for the IT companies running from Cyberabad which is one of the prominent areas for the IT sector. Various companies are established in Cyberabad.

The heavy rains caused massive traffic in many areas in the city. Keeping this in mind, a few advisories were given to the companies on the log out times of employees. The companies are asked to keep the log out times in a phased manner so that there will be less traffic which will flow smoothly.

Three phases are announced for the employees which are 3.00 PM,4.30 PM and 3.00-6.00 PM. As there is a big gap between the log out hours there will be no congestion.

Moreover, different log out times were proposed for different areas. The first log out time was advised to the companies situated on the IKEA to Cyber Towers Road and companies that are located near IKEA & surrounding to Biodiversity and Raidurgam was given 4:30 PM as the log out time. The third phase of log out time applies for companies in the financial district and IT Parts. With the companies getting instructions on the log out times we can hope that there would be a smooth flow of traffic.

The IT sector is mainly located in these areas which employs thousands of employees. With all of them coming out at the same time we are seeing big traffic jams. Recently there was a big traffic jam at IKEA and commuters faced many issues while passing through the jams.
