All Focus On ACB Court On Chandrababu's Custody!

The AP CID created a sensation with the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu. The former CM is on remand in the Rajahmundry Central Jail. It looks like the CID is not ready to leave the TDP boss. The other day, a PT warrant was filed against him.

As another big development, the CID moved the Vijayawada ACB court seeking the custody of CBN. The arguments on the issue were finished today and the court will announce the verdict tomorrow. The focus is now on the court to see what the court will do and what will be its verdict.

After hearing the arguments of both sides, the verdict was kept on hold which will be announced tomorrow. Media reports say that the verdict on this will be announced tomorrow at around 11: 30 AM.

Additional Advocate General Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy who represented the CID in the case placed his arguments saying that the main focus should be on the conspiracy angle in this and hence people involved in this should be questioned. Having said that, he sought the custody of the former CM to get more details on this.

On the other hand, lawyers representing Chandrababu Naidu countered these claims and said that he was arrested against the procedure and the arrest was made without any evidence. Mentioning that Chandrababu was questioned at the CID office, the lawyers asked why the custody petition was not filed then.

It is known that Chandrababu Naidu has been saying he has done nothing wrong and he was wrongly arrested. His lawyers are also saying the same now. In a few hours, we would get clarity on what decision the Court took.
