The current generation of the youth across the globe is facing an interesting phenomenon with regard to job market and the subsequent impact that it is having on the global economy. The future of the current generation of youth has become extremely volatile due to this.

On one hand, the volume of the educated graduates who are emerging in the job market has been going up consistently with people starting to complete under graduation and post graduation.

But at the same time, the number of job opportunities have been going down consistently due to the constant rise of artificial intelligence.

For instance, we have the software market, which was largely dictated by coders and software debuggers. But the situation has changed almost entirely now as we have arrived at a very interesting point in time.

Several artificial intelligence agents are now presented with the technology and resources to complete entry level software engineering projects. This has essentially resulted in the youth, getting completely diverted from the software industry.

Software industry which was crucial in job creation globally has started to align with artificial intelligence and there is reduced dependency on human workforce.

The existing jobs have been going down consistently with companies, firing people, and instead employing artificial intelligence agents. This has further resulted in reduced job opportunities for the youngsters as well.

Perhaps business ideas and entrepreneurial skills are crucial for the youth to succeed now. Going after standard jobs is no longer an option and that is becoming increasingly blatant every single day.
