Now we have arrived at a point where even big companies like Microsoft and Meta have started to fire thousands of employees, almost on a weekly basis now.
It is being established that more than 1.2 lakh jobs have been laid off at some of the biggest companies in the world since the start of 2026, and this happens to be the worst possible start to the year.
While several companies have been firing human workers in order to enhance their own benefit ratio, a few companies have been firing employees in order to comply with the AI alignment.
Many companies have come to a conclusion that AI procedures are going to be the future of technology and they have started to let go off the human workers in accordance.
This is a shocking imaging in the human workforce market, and this needs to stop at the earliest it the human population is to sustain with this job culture, which is already proving to be detrimental.
