It is already known that some of the biggest companies in the world have constantly been firing employees for the last couple of years. This is getting elevated further with the ongoing AI revolution, which is largely automating this entire process.

It is being established that more than 1.2 lakh jobs have been laid off at some of the biggest companies in the world since the start of 2026, and this happens to be the worst possible start to the year.

While several companies have been firing human workers in order to enhance their own benefit ratio, a few companies have been firing employees in order to comply with the AI alignment.

Many companies have come to a conclusion that AI procedures are going to be the future of technology and they have started to let go off the human workers in accordance.
