Big Crisis Coming: No More Jobs For Humans?

The evolution of artificial intelligence is coming at a cost of human workforce replacement and we have now arrived at a point where as many as 26,000 each month in the United States alone.

There is another significant communication that is being made by leading journalist, Robert Peston, who is famous for predicting the Covid pandemic outbreak and also the 2008 financial crisis.

According to Peston, the main risk now lies in the amount of money being directed toward artificial intelligence infrastructure, such as data centers and power plants.

According to him, there is a euphoria similar to that seen in major financial bubbles of the past, as investors bet that AI will bring extraordinary profits.

The journalist fears that these returns may not be sufficient to justify the billion-dollar investments. If that happens, companies could go bankrupt, investors could lose confidence, and markets could suffer a sharp correction, triggering a new economic crisis.

This would essentially mean that the human work who would also be largely affected by the air revolution that is happening

While saying that AI infrastructure will continue to dominate Peston states that another challenge will arise, which is the replacement of millions of workers by automated systems and robots.

For him, the speed of this transformation in support of AIS faster than the way in which the human jobs are being replaced, which could essentially mean that human jobs could be completely wiped away in the years to come.

He is suspecting that AI is going to create such a huge impact on the society that human jobs are no longer be existent in a few years. This is an extremely challenging situation, and it has to be seen how the human capital would be reacting to the same.
