It is known that a sensational incident came to light from Andhra Pradesh recently. In what could be a shocking thing, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy was attacked. It is said that he was attacked with a stone. He sustained injuries in the attack and underwent treatment.

As the incident was reported ahead of the much-awaited elections and the CM was attacked when he was campaigning the issue took a political turn. We have seen a war of words between the ruling and opposition parties.

A case has been filed by the Police and the investigation is underway. The investigating officers are not leaving any stone unturned in digging out more details. A few people were taken into custody reportedly to gather more details.

Now it is said that a sensational development took place in the big case and the accused were arrested. One person who hurled the stone and another person who supported him were also arrested by the cops. While the cops are yet to announce the arrest officially the accused are expected to be produced before the Court.

After the incident, special teams were formed by the authorities. The CCTV footage in the area was also examined. The hard work the officers have been putting in for the past few days gave a big outcome as the accused were reportedly arrested.

The political heat is high in the state in the wake of the upcoming elections. Adding fuel to this, the incident was reported. As Jagan is the serving Chief Minister and he is busy campaigning, the intensity around the attack is high.

The incident was reported earlier this month. When he was busy campaigning for the upcoming elections, he was hit by a stone in Ajit Singh Nagar. After the attack, the security of the Chief Minister is said to have been increased.
