Most of BJP committees in Telangana are 'headless'!!

As the election fever is picking pace and is reaching a frenzy, the BJP is finding itself both leaderless and rudderless in Telangana. Many of the key committees in the party are now headless. What more, the party has no time to rejig those committees and appoint new chiefs to them.

Take for instance the all important coordination committee. This committee was headed by senior leader Nallu Indrasena Reddy. He has since been appointed governor of Tripura. As a result, the headless committee is all but defunct. No new president has been appointed so far.

Similarly, the manifesto committee, formed to prepare the election manifesto for the party ahead of the incumbent elections, too is without a chairperson. Former MP G Vivek, who was the chairperson of the committee, has already joined the Congress and is likely to contest from Chennur constituency.

Another committee headed by former MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, the screening committee, is also non-functional. He has already joined the Congress Party and is likely to be fielded from LB Nagar constituency. With both Konda Vishweshwar Reddy and Vijayasanthi, who are joint convener of the manifest committee and the agitational committee respectively, are also ready to jump into the Congress party moment. With this, all the committees are now inactive and non-functional.
