BJP has Plan A, Plan B and Plan C for Telagnana

If you thought that the BJP has already ceded ground to the BRS in order to defeat the Congress in Telangana, then think again. The BJP, if sources are to be believed, has a Plan A, Plan B and a Plan C for coming to power in Telangana. Yes. The party is said to be readying for these plans and eventually grab power in the state.

The Plan A is to ensure that the BJP wins at least 60 seats and form a government on its own. However, that appears to be a remote possibility as survey after survey is predicting that the BJP votes could hover anywhere between 15-25 per cent. The Plan B is to aim for at least 30-35 seats in Telangana.

As per this plan, the BJP is already in touch with several TRS leaders and even Congress leaders. It would engineer defections from both the parties and form a government with their support. BJP insiders say that the party's central leadership is in touch with even people like Jupally and Ponguleti, who have recently joined the Congress.

They would jump into the BJP after winning the elections. This will help the BJP in forming the government. The plan C involves making the BRS dependent on the BJP for its survival. In the event of the BRS coming to power with a greatly reduced majority, the BJP will make things too hot for KCR. Then KCR would be forced to depend on the BJP. Thus, the BJP will achieve its objectives by proxy.

In fact, the BJP is already doing it in Andhra Pradesh, where YS Jagan is forced to depend on the BJP for his survival despite having over 150 MLAs. Thus, the BJP will have both the YSRCP and the BRS dancing to its tunes.
