There is no doubt in saying that Telugu Desam Party boss Chandrababu Naidu is battling a tough situation. He was arrested and sent to a remand. As if that is not enough, his efforts to get relief from the cases filed against him are not giving positive outcomes adding more pain.

He faced another blow on Monday with the ACB Court dismissing his bail petition. Earlier the court adjourned the hearing to Monday. Putting an end to the wait, the court gave the verdict by dismissing the petition.

On the other hand, the AP CID also faced a big shock with the custody petition it filed getting dismissed. The investigating agency that is probing the matter filed a petition to take the former Chief Minister into custody to get more details. But the petition was dismissed.

It is said that the lawyers of both sides placed their comments defending their clients. The Anti-Corruption Bureau(ACB) court heard the arguments of both sides and dismissed the petitions filed by them. This is a big shock to both sides.

Both sides tried their best to explore the legal options. While Chandrababu has been trying hard to get out of prison in the case, the investigating agency Criminal Investigation Department(CID) is not leaving any stone unturned to get the TDP boss into custody.

While CID faced a big blow with this, it is a double blow to Chandrababu Naidu. Earlier today, the High Court shocked the ex-Chief Minister by dismissing his anticipatory bail in three cases. In one day, Chandrababu Naidu faced two big shocks.

With the High Court and ACB Courts giving hammer blows to him, the focus is now on the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court heard the arguments on the quash petition filed by Chandrababu Naidu and the hearing was adjourned for tomorrow. So all eyes are on the Supreme Court now.
