It's been one month since Chandrababu Naidu was arrested in the Skill Development Scam. The party leaders are reportedly worried that no possible aspect in the legal battle that has been going on. Be it bail petitions, anticipatory bail petitions, quash petitions, or the CID Custody pleas, Chandrababu did not get any relief. Amid this, Chandrababu faced a relief.

When the arguments in the Skill Development scam were going on interestingly, Chandrababu faced a relief in the High Court in Amaravati Inner Ring Road alignment and Angallu violence cases. The High Court said that he should not be arrested till the 12th of this month in the Angallu violence case.

At the same time, orders were also given saying that he could not be arrested till the 16th of this month in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case. The High Court gave orders in this regard. At the same time, the High Court also gave directions to the ACB Court to not give any directives on PT Warrant and Police Custody till Monday.

On the other hand, arguments happened in the High Court on Amaravati Inner Ring Road and Angallu violence on Wednesday. Chandrababu Naidu’s lawyer Dammalapati Srinivas sought interim orders for protection in both cases. The lawyer told the court that they would cooperate with the inquiry. The Court directed the government lawyers to tell the opinion after talking to CID and the Home Department.

In reply, AG Sriram told the court that the PT Warrant is in pending in ACB Court. He said that anticipatory bail cannot be given at this junction. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court gave the interim orders in both cases. The Court said that Chandrababu Naidu cannot be arrested till Monday in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case.
