Chandrababu Naidu suffered a massive shock earlier last month with his arrest which can be dubbed as the biggest in his political career. He was arrested and sent to the remand. It's been around one and a half months since he has been in prison. Those who want to meet Chandrababu Naidu are meeting him in mulakats.

The former Chief Minister is busy waging a legal battle to get relief from this. The alleged Fibernet case which is troubling him reached the Supreme Court. Earlier this month, the High Court canceled the anticipatory bail petition in the case. To challenge this, Chandrababu moved the Supreme Court.

The Special Leave petition he filed was heard by the Supreme Court today. He sought anticipatory in the AP Fiberner case. Sidharth Luthra represented Chandrababu Naidu in the case and placed his arguments to get bail. However, the Apex Court adjourned the next hearing to the 8th of this month.

Adding further, the bench of the Supreme Court said that it will consider the Fibernet case after the verdict in the AP Skill Development case. Having said that, the bench observed that till then the status quo on the PT Warrant will stay intact. He cannot be arrested till the 9th of next month.

Talking about the AP SKill Development case in which Chandrababu Naidu was arrested, his bail petition was dismissed. He moved the Andhra Pradesh High Court with the petition. However, the High Court shocked him by dismissing the petition.

On the other hand, the ACB Court extended his remand by two more weeks. The remand which was imposed earlier ended yesterday and following this, he was produced before the court. The Court extended the remand. Chandrababu Naidu was asked to tell in writing about the doubts he has about his safety.
