Actor Faces Case For His Chandrayaan-3 Post?

Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is very close to script history with the lunar exploration mission. Chandrayaan-3 is all set to have a safe landing on the moon. The whole of India has been eagerly waiting to see the spacecraft have a safe landing and explore the far side of the Moon.

Amid this, actor Prakash Raj's tweet caught everyone's attention. He shared a caricature and named it the first picture coming from the Moon by #VikramLander. The post caught everyone's attention and also made him the target of severe criticism.

Now his satirical post landed him in a big issue as a case was reportedly filed against him. It is said that the case was filed in a police station in Karnataka's Bagalkot district over the social media post he made on the spacecraft.

As per the media reports, the complaint was reportedly registered by the leaders of a few Right-wing bodies. Saying that the social media post he made is very objectionable, the complaint was made seeking strict action.

Talking about the controversy involving his post, many felt that Prakash Raj mocked the Chandrayaan-3 mission launch which is not good. He was bashed severely on Twitter which is now X.

However, Prakash Raj cleared the airs and said that he just used the joke of #Armstrong times which celebrated the Kerala Chaiwala. Having said that, the actor observed, if they don't understand the joke then the joke is on them.

"Hate sees only Hate.. i was referring to a joke of #Armstrong times .. celebrating our kerala Chaiwala .. which Chaiwala did the TROLLS see ?? .. if you dont get a joke then the joke is on you .. GROW UP #justasking," Prakash Raj said.
