Giving much-needed relief to former Chief Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu court granted him interim bail. Hearing a petition, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh granted him four weeks bail on health grounds. After the tenure ends he was directed to surrender before the court.

However, a sensational petition was filed with the Court seeking more conditions on his bail. The AP CID which is probing the matter moved the Court seeking the directives. The agency asked the court to impose a few more conditions on the bail that was given to Chandrababu Naidu.

As per the reports, CID lawyers told the court that Chandrababu Naidu spoke to the media and took a rally against the conditions that were imposed by the court while granting bail.

On the other hand, Chandrababu Naidu’s lawyers countered the claims and said that giving such directives would hinder the fundamental rights of the TDP boss. Both sides placed the arguments defending their stand.

However, no party had a gain in the petition as the Court reserved its verdict on this. The High Court said that it will pronounce the verdict on this on the 3rd of November which is two days from now.

Now all eyes are on the Court to see what will be in the verdict. If the Court imposes restrictions on Chandrababu Naidu’s bail then he might face issues as he would not be able to meet the people and talk to the media. On the other hand, TDP followers say that such directives might not be given.

On the other hand, the Court already imposed some restrictions on the bail granted to Chandrababu Naidu. Now the CID wants other restrictions on bail. Let us wait and see what happens with the petition.
