Tension Gripped Cyber Towers With Techies Protest!

Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was taken into custody and sent to remand subsequently in connection with the alleged AP Skill Development scam. Saying that money was diverted, the AP CID arrested him. The TDP supremo is receiving support from various corners.

Techies in Hyderabad held a protest in support of Chandrababu Naidu the other day. Software employees gathered at the Wipro Circle to stand in solidarity with the former CM. They held placards in support of Chandrababu Naidu. However, tension gripped the Cyber Towers now with the protest.

Continuing the protest, the techies gathered again. However, the cops reached the spot and told the techies that they didn't have permission to protest. Having said that, the cops tried to clear the techies leading to a tense situation.

Cyber Towers is one of the busy areas and holding a protest would create traffic issues. On top of that, the cops are also said to have cited the permission aspect.

Reports said that some tense scenes were reported yesterday when the techies hit the road to protest in a bid to stand in solidarity with Chandrababu Naidu. Seeing this, the cops reached there and asked them to go back as the protest is not permitted.

Talking about the case, the AP Skill Development scam is said to have happened in the previous government where over a hundred crores were reportedly diverted to other ways through the shell companies.
