Congress Gets Glamour Touch With Divyavani's Joining!

Things are falling in place for the grand old Congress ahead of the general elections in poll-bound Telangana. Leaders who are angry with their respective parties are taking the Congress route. Three leaders from the BJP did the same and wore the Congress shawl recently.

Now the Congress party faced a glamour touch as senior actress Divyavani who was with the Telugu Desam Party joined the Congress party today. She was formally inducted into the party by the bigwigs. Divyavani joined the party in the presence of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) in charge Manikrao Thakre.

Divyavani is believed to have struck gold as she was given a big post after the party. Media reports say that she was given the responsibility of the campaigning activities. It was quick that she was given a big role.

Speaking on the occasion Divyavani said that she is feeling happy about joining the Congress and Bangaru Telangana is possible only with Congress and to support this she joined the party. It is possible only for Congress to benefit every poor in the state, he said.

Divyavani was with the TDP earlier and she served as the party's official spokesperson. She created a big sensation by claiming that she was not given importance in the party and she was ignored. The social media posts she made created a sensation.

Reacting to this, the party leadership removed her from the party. Since then she has been maintaining a low profile politically. Now she joined the Congress party ahead of the general elections.
