It is already known that there is a lot of panic across the globe regarding the reduction of human workforce, due to the evolution of the AI prospect.

Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has predicted that rapid advances in artificial intelligence could eventually make traditional jobs optional and lead to what he calls a universal high income society.

Speaking about the future of automation and robotics, Musk said that AI systems and humanoid robots may become so productive that most human labor will no longer be required.

In such a scenario, people would still be able to work if they want to, but employment would become a choice rather than a necessity.

According to Musk, the massive productivity created by AI could generate enough wealth for everyone to receive a high level of income, ensuring that basic needs such as food, housing, and services are easily accessible.

This concept goes beyond the commonly discussed universal basic income and instead envisions a universal high income supported by AI driven economic abundance.

Musk has suggested that this transformation could happen within the next 10 to 20 years as AI and robotics continue to improve rapidly. In that future, people might choose to work only for interest or passion, similar to hobbies such as sports, art, or gardening.

However, experts note that such a transition could also bring major disruptions to the job market before reaching that stage. The growing debate around AI driven automation has revived discussions about income support systems and how societies should manage large scale technological change.
