The political observers who follow Andhra politics say that the proverb rights fits Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu. The way Kesineni Nani, a two-time MP was dealt with by the party Supremo is a classic example of his nature, they say.

Kesineni Nani is a two-time MP from Vijaywada who won two consecutive elections. But an atmosphere was created in the party for him that he was forced to leave. There was no other option left for him. With this, he announced he would resign from the MP post and the party as well.

Kesineni Nani who has been the backbone of the party over the years in the Vijayawada region was brutally ignored by the party. He was informed that he would not be given the ticket and was asked to not take part in the party activities. He was also asked to stay away from the Tiruvuru meeting.

Supporters of Kesineni Nani and his brother Kesineni Chinni had an ugly fight over a flex. The ugly fight had grabbed the attention of one and all. As if that was not enough Kesineni Nani, the sitting MP from the Vijayawada seat was given a big shock.

A delegation of leaders comprising former minister Alapati Raja, TDP NTR district president Nettem Raghuram, and TDP Krishna district president Konikalla Narayana met Nani. During the meeting, he was informed that he would not be given a ticket, and the Tiruvuru meeting was appointed a new in-charge.

Seeing this Kesineni Nani took a shocking decision to resign as MP and from the party. Many say that this would be the end of TDP in the region given the unmatched following Nani enjoys. But what caught everyone's attention is that Nani said that he did not backstab Chandrababu and that had he done it he would have gotten a big position.
