Breaking: High Court Gives Massive Blow To Chandrababu!

Chandrababu Naidu has been facing back-to-back blows in the AP Skill development case. First, he was arrested and sent to remand. His fight to get bail did not give a positive outcome. He went through 14 days remand and the court extended the remand for a couple of days.

Chandrababu Naidu filed a quash petition in the High Court challenging the FIR and the remand directives of the ACB court. But the High Court gave him a big shock and dismissed the petition. This can be seen as a big blow to the TDP boss.

As the High Court quashed the petition, there are high chance of him to move the Supreme Court. Saturday is a holiday and the petition might be filed in the Supreme Court.

This development came ahead of the ACB Court’s verdict on the custody of the TDP boss. It is known that the CID sought the custody of Chandrababu Naidu and the court might announce the verdict soon. Justice K. Srinivasa Reddy is said to have given the verdict by saying a single word dismissed.

Though there is no clarity, media reports say that the quash petition might have been dismissed considering the arguments of the CID court. With the High Court giving its verdict the focus is now on the special court.

The TDP boss already faced two big blows as his remand was extended and the quash petition to quash the FIR and directives was dismissed. Now we have to wait and see what the special court will say.

Chandrababu Naidu is facing issues with not just the AP Skill Development but also with the alleged AP Fibernet scam and the Punganuru scam. He is facing some or the other issues with these cases and scams.
