The United States Administration sending back the Indian students who land there with higher studies dreams has been a big concern. At regular intervals, students are sent back. The situation is so alarming as around 500 students are said to have been deported back to India by the authorities there citing a few irregularities.

The debate on the deportation of the students was started when as many as 21 students were sent back to India earlier this week. Adding fuel to the concerns, reports say that in different incidents, 500 students were sent back so far this year.

It is a due procedure that the authorities ask the students to sow some documents and this happens in many cases. But sometimes, the authorities might also ask some questions if they have any doubts as happened with the recent incident. If the authorities get any doubts then it's a game over.

English speaking skill is one of the major aspects of getting an American Visa as the medium of communication is in English there. If the authorities ask any questions, then they should be able to answer in proper English. So they should have English skills and should be able to speak confidently.

Students submit various documents to the embassy while applying for visas. In some cases, they submit wrong and fake documents. If the documents are checked and the authorities found that they are fake then they would be deported back.

If the students have any friends who are already there, then they should be careful about what topic they chat and their emails should also be clear. If any unwanted issues are discussed then they would face issues.

On the other hand, it is said that the rules concerning part-time jobs were changed reportedly and students who go there should follow the rules.

Another aspect that needs to be focused on is social media posts. If any objectionable and unwanted posts are made and the posts are found by the authorities who go through their accounts, then they would be deported back. So students would be very careful or else they would face issues.
